2. Principles
We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which also applies in Liechtenstein through the EEA Agreement, and the Liechtenstein Data Protection Act (DSG). We only process the data needed for the respective purpose.
3. Visiting this website
When you visit the website, the server automatically processes technical data transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, previously visited page (referrer), and browser and operating system.
This data is needed to deliver the website and to ensure its security and stability. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is not combined with other data and is deleted after a short period, unless it is needed to investigate a security incident.
4. Hosting
This website runs on our own server. The access data listed in section 3 is processed on this server; no external hosting provider is involved. An IT service provider may be entrusted on our behalf with maintaining and operating the server.
5. Contact by email and contact form
If you write to us by email or via the contact form, we process your name, your email address, the content of your message and any other information you provide in order to answer your enquiry.
The contact form does not transmit any data to our server. It opens your own email program with a prepared message to office@concepta.li; you send it yourself.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or its preparation, and otherwise our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete your details as soon as they are no longer needed, unless statutory retention obligations require us to keep them longer.
Please note that unencrypted emails can be read by third parties in transit. For confidential documents, please agree a secure channel with us first.
6. No cookies, no tracking, no third-party content
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising tools, and does not embed social media plugins, maps, videos or fonts from third-party servers.
7. Disclosure of data
We do not sell your data. We only pass it on where this is necessary for the purposes described, for example to IT service providers who maintain our server on our behalf, or where we are legally obliged to do so.
8. Your rights
You have the right to:

- rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)

The connection to this website is encrypted with HTTPS. We protect the data we process with appropriate technical and organisational measures.
